Does anyone have any idea how much money I will get from these leave hours?
Any formula or just basic component calculation?

Formula for leave encashment is (fixed pay/2340)*number of hours.

If you have 20-22 days, you will receive around 1 month salary because typical working days in a month are around 20-22. Since you have like 17-18 days, you will receive less than a month's salary
