I am still on probation and decided to resign. Informed my HR partner and the HR insisted on early exit. Since I am on probation I have to return 25k joining bonus. Since I am taking early exit do I have to pay any extra money? Only earned leaves are used in leave encashment or sick/Casual leaves?

Don't take early release unless you are offered 3 months salary, negotiate it, worst case settle it with notice period waiver, but you will have to return joining bonus
