I had a baby lat year and you can take 15 days leave as a father, for the mother you can take upto 6 months of paid leave (Not completely sure of the maternal part), for the secondary caregiver (Father) 15 days can either be taken at once or in gaps of minimum 3 consecutive days but until your child is 6 months old no later, visit the Accenture portal and go through the maternal and secondary caregiver leave policy for your region
