One can request for leave balance from you if their leaves balance is about to be completed and need more for medical reasons. Raise a support ticket for more details.

Should have taken your self leaves man. There is program called hours that help. Where people with medical emergency who exhausted leaves can raise request with help of hr. If they request from you can donate. But directly u can t donate to random people
