Why the hell, is it earned leaves. When you need them, they deny it saying some shitty reasons. What can they do if I take unplanned leave. Just tell them, I am unwell Any issues?

Same here. Just got denied for the leaves i applied for 1.5 months in advance

My other leads and scrum master they takes 5 days off all together. When I ask for one or 2 days they say you’ve been taking so many leaves

So this shit is happening at other projects also.
Same happening here.
One side client is mailing us they won't approve any leave for the next 2 months and even keeping tap on our planned leaves.
The senior faculty of the project i.e. manager/Sr. Managers are taking leaves not just for some days, they are going on leaves for weeks/months.

That’s the thing, my assoc manager is on leave every other day. Now she is on leave with loss of pay. Nobody is saying anything.

Take sick leaves only. No one will ask anything unless sick leave is not more than 3 consecutive days. If more than 3 days , i heard that they will ask for medical certificate.
