Trending @Accenture; Learning new technology is wrong?

I learned a new technology used by the member of my previous team in the same project. Is that wrong as such or can the same person who taught me, escalate this as an issue in the near future?

If he escalate he will also get sued...so it is better for both of you to continue your journey as this did not happen and forget about that...also don't disclose to anyone even with your best friends in office or outside who might know contact in your company
