While allocating hike and bonus, will talent leads check the workday feedback or not? Also for promotion? Asking as an ASE because default and techleap promotions are cancelled?

Mostly ASE promotions are dicided by Central HR team by taking your Feedback from your People Lead or Manager. After 15 months you are eligible for promotion, just talk to your people lead.
