Accenture layoffs are in progress.....

May 2025 - Bench clean-up 15-20k people already completed July 2025 - PIP given to 80k and removed 40k part of it. Sep 2025 - PIP planned for another 80k and 40k will be removed in the coming quarter.

In 2025 overall Accenture unofficially layoff 1 lakh people

Accenture hasn't lais off officially anyone till now and it'll soon begin, will start with people who are not complying with policy specially wfo

It's not a layoff...headcount reduction project level and already every quarter project level target has been given and they are moving resources to the bench and letting go of from there...all in a legal way...new way of layoff almost all companies are doing it...

Don't believe everything that you 'hear' bcoz people have different motives behind those.
