I heard Accenture is gearing up for layoffs this year. Is it true?

Accenture layoffs are in progress.....

May 2025 - Bench clean-up 15-20k people already completed July 2025 - PIP given to 80k and removed 40k part of it. Sep 2025 - PIP planned for another 80k and 40k will be removed in the coming quarter.

In 2025 overall Accenture unofficially layoff 1 lakh people

It's not a layoff...headcount reduction project level and already every quarter project level target has been given and they are moving resources to the bench and letting go of from there...all in a legal way...new way of layoff almost all companies are doing it...
