How are they asking to resign who are on the bench, people who are on the bench >2 months or more than 6 months how is the actual process happening ? Add some insights please.

They are laying off not by time but if you reject to a project. Project can even be service desk , it support or pmo. I am a 2023 joinee ase Our project ended and team went on bench. After that we got project but the ones who wont they were pressurised to take the project they get calls for.
Some people i have met in bench were locked to service desk it support . They rejected, got terminated. For CL 11 & 12 .
