Trending @Accenture; Last Month of Notice Period is Tough!
My team lead is still assigning me full day tasks and even after fulfilling my professional commitments with full accountability she doesn't hesitate to make fun of my login/logout hours. My problem is I'm efficient in the task and I don't fake being online after 6:30 PM. She is the reason I put papers at first and I didn't have any in hand offer. I thought I'll study in these 90 days and get something by the end. However, I couldn't study because of full day work commitments and the least I expect is respect as an employee, if not appreciation. Can anyone guide on how to handle my last month here?
Don’t listen to what your TL is saying, just focus on your preparation. Do the bare minimum work, take sick leaves, give power cut reasons, keep delaying the work.
No need to take much work. Tell you are not able to focus due to something else. Delay ecentually.
