Trending @Accenture; Last month I got released from my past project , will I get promotion?

Hope you all are doing well!

I have been in Accenture for almost 2.5 years and Last month I only got released from my previous project, now in a new project ..will I get the promotion in the may ? Pls share your inputs ?
