Trending @Accenture; Laptop replacement
While joining as a fresher in accenture my location was bangalore and I have transferred to hyderabad but I didn't replaced my laptop it is tagged to Banglore location, NOW I need to submit my current laptop to bangalore location and get a new laptop from hyderabad location( which is my current base Location)..... What is the process should I follow for this?...
Someone asked you to replace the laptop? I am also facing the same..
Yes in starting stage they've asked to, but I don't know exact process.
Before February, I think we could have raised the request and couriered it.
But now the courier is not possible. We should physically go and submit

@SuperDreamer For every location there is an Accenture approved courier company like DTDC or some other not all centers but particular will be tied up with Accenture from there you can courier the laptop. This information either you can get it from IT Asset team supervisor or Admin. Ideally they don't share these details until you pressure them with a lot of fight and approval from the manager and charge code and go through return request ticket
