I don't have a personal laptop. Can I use company's laptop to build projects or can I use it to attend interviews?

No. Anything you do on the laptop that project will be owned by accenture.
But for giving interview I have heard people giving interview without any problem. But project I will suggest not to do in company laptop

I don't have enough money to buy a good laptop. Is it possible for you to suggest me a laptop where I can build projects?

Make sure whatever you work u add into a cloud and move it way before you put paper. From the day u put paper ur actions will be monitored so do get an other laptop for interview.. u can go with asus or lenovo they're decent for decent amount u can get 16gb ram with ssd rom
