You need to raise ticket and setup pin
Take help from IT tech team

Try restarting multiple times.. it helped my colleague she did it for 7-8 times

May be they blocked your access as you are fired

Just kidding, if restart and connecting to office n/w has not helped. Raise a ticket it will get fix
