Trending @Accenture; Laptop issue. What to do?

I have a HP laptop and come how the upper arrow button came out while I was working and office and shifted to a different place then I see the upper arrow button is gone not able to find it but the circuit is fine because when I press the button I am still able to do the up and down do I need to pay the money for this thing to Accenture or they will repair it?

Bro my laptop was damaged then also accenture gave me the new one and again that one key was removed and again I replaced .

Just raise a request, ask manager to approve and chill🙂

Most laptops on warranty have accidental damage protection. Ask IT to book an engineer visit for u from the brand (hp)

1st- if its just a button try looking in old computer shops if you get a spare button and it can be adjusted without opening any bolt.

2nd- just get a new one . They wont ask any money. I dropped mine and hard disk stopped working nothing charged. Inform manager and they will let you know.
