My laptop suddenly stopped working,and I am at home, what can I do now for the whole day?? Ans also how do I raise an incident for IR support? What is the process, can somebody pls help?

Raise incident in MyTech help bot by prompting , raise an incident using your mobile teams or any team member can raise it for you. Someone will ping from it on teams just explain to them they will create request number and give you slot to replace laptop but only from office
