Hi L9s, I am recently promoted from 10-9, what to genuinely know what roles and responsibility i will get in this level. Will it going to be too hectic I have no prior experience in leading. This post is only to get some guidance.

I am at level 9,
You are a team lead now and its your responsibility to deliver overall code and maintain it properly, you need to make sure your juniors are not messing up with bading coding, do strict Pr reviews for them. You need to guide them and even sit with them on their issues as you are only responsible, you need to get the work done by overall managing and leading them. You maybe individual contributor but you are also responsible for the coding that your juniors will do.
We also have to do the coding, right! We should also get the bandwidth to do these other tasks?
You will be unsung manager in your project, you have to manage project my wizard updates and lead ase/ juniors and report details to manager. Not more hectic but whenever client visits/ presentation about du you have to prepare details and responsible for that instance.

Best to ask the project manager about what tasks you should take up. Its not useful to ask here as it will be generic and might not be relevant and specific the role you have been assigned in your project.
What's the % you got for promotion & what's your previous & current ctc after promotion?
