Trending @Accenture; L9 Bench policy for new joiners

Hi All, It’s been 45 days that I joined Accenture as L9 and on bench since day 1. Got couple of calls, but they rejected. I am worried now. Will Accenture give enough chances? How long will they keep on bench considering L9? While on bench I gave Primary skill Competency and got P3 and have done a certification as well. Kindly help me to understand the process and will it be fine to be on bench? Technology: Microsoft Dynamics Functional- Avanade bench
