Got promoted to Level-11 back in March 2024 with 20% raise. Didn't got any hike in Nov-Dec 2024 cycle. Got 5.67% hike in this cycle🥲, variable pay is same as last cycle.

This is totally disgusting.. people having p3 proficiency and good performance didn't get any hike .Only vp 8%
