How long does it take to go from L11 to L10? I have been on L11 for 18 months and have a total experience of 2.7 years (started as a fresher in Accenture)?

@ClassicLeaf hey...I have been at l11 with 21 Months with total yoe=3.2 years..still I did not get any promotion ya....😆😆

it depends on the overall performance, i went from L11 to L10 in 15 monts

I am in level 11 from past 4 years , and no hike since 2years , It all depends on your manager , lead and a bit of luck , 2023 December Diversity i did not get , We will be having this diversity again in 2024 dec also .
