What is your total exp ? Minimum experience required usually for Lvl 10 is 4 yrs. Early promotion is possible depending on your project performance, you People Lead and Manager. If they are inclined to promote you they can. Check with your People Lead regarding the same. Make sure you have some certification based on your skill, Proficiency is atleast P3 for your primary skill,etc
