Trending @Accenture; L11 salary hike?

I got promoted from ASE to SE in Dec ‘22 and since then I’ve not got any hike. My base pay is 5.25 LPA. There are many more colleagues having same salary since so long. No hike in previous cycles.

My MAL is showing as 22 and TAL is 0. Is there chance of getting promoted? I am working in a good project and my contributions are appreciated here. But I’m not sure if they will consider me for promotion. Can I expect atleast some hike this time?

I have total 3.3 yrs work experience, starting my career as an ASE in Accenture.

Promotion might be tricky with TAL at 0, but your project contributions could help. Salary hikes have been slow, but fingers crossed for this cycle.

What is TAL

You should have discussed it with your people lead during annual talent discussion in August itself. Start looking for jobs outside also. I am in same situation and feeling that my growth is stagnated in Accenture.

I told my people lead in july itself that I am expecting promotion in December. During discussion in August, He said that he will try and there is 95% chance that I will get promoted but its not guaranteed. Also, He told that I will get ACE award but I didn't got it due to so called budget restrictions.😶

I have put papers now, serving notice period. So, Upskilling yourself, crack new offer and leave Accenture ASAP.

I have also seen that they favour particular gender ( IYKYK 🤐 ) for giving promotions.

BTW I am also having same experience as yours , 3.3 years. Joined as ASE in 2021, got promoted to SE in DEC 2022 with 5.25 base pay and didn't got any hike since then.

Hey, on the same boat as you. Can you let me know if you got replies from companies? If so who are those... as I am not getting response.

Have straight talks with your lead and cc manager and ask questions. Don't play mind games and speculations.
I will tell you straight away. If you have been a fantastic performer and contributions has been visible to leadership then you can expect 30%. However in this AI driven world all other people would be getting 20% max.
When I was an se with your salary I was given 52% hike. But that too my contributions were directly visible to leadership that's why
