I understand the frustration. Sharing honest reviews can help others make informed decisions. However, boycotting and depriving talent might not be the best solution. Constructive feedback and dialogue could lead to positive changes.

They never asked for our feedback when making such sensitive decisions for us… forget our feedback, they didn’t ask for feedback from our leads…

There is so much favoritism in accenture. Half of my team are either family or good friends with manager. They even hired a family person as buffer, who have zero knowledge in finance.
I can relate. Even I’ve faced many derogatory comments about my personal life and “to go where I came from”. I complained to the HR but they didn’t take any actions. And the surprising thing is that this happened in the first interaction with 2 colleagues.
There should be some strict rules regarding these things.
