Trending @Accenture; Just want to know what's people on CL-11 think and get paid
Hi folks, I started as an ASE in Accenture on Jan'21 , got my default hikes from Accenture central team on May'22 11% and got promoted to Analyst in Mar'23 23%, current ctc is 5.25. I've been locked in the same project since i joined in 2021 till now,no hikes from the project so far. All hikes and promotion were default. I do get VPs comparably less to my colleagues of my level( obvious favourism from management - they tend to give more % to folks from their region)
I've been a go-to resource for the client and dependable for my part of the module for almost 2 years now. I don't have hope in my project to give hikes in the aug cycle. I am doubtful that if they are likely to give any hikes in the dec cycle they may state that as the reason and deny my promotion in the Mar'25 cycle. Can anyone in my same CL or senior could answer that if i can expect a hike in dec'24 or promotion in Mar'25? TIA.
See I am in the same boat as you are. CL11, 2021 joiner. Hike you will get in December as per my knowledge, but don't expect promotion since it depends on your project budget. Even though your manager knows you're a hard worker they won't give you until and unless they have a budget. Moreover, your MAL should be more than 15, since some projects give default promotion to CL10 based on it.
I am in same boat every situation same. I just joined in dec'21.
If you got to know you aren't getting promotion,for what else you are waiting???
