Trending @Accenture; Just got news from my leads saying that variable pay will be coming along with June month salary not with May month salary
If it’s comes in June month it’s policy change we definitely get notified via email as we didn’t get any notification about it. All hold your horses we will get paid in may itself. Just matter of days we get to know in 3 to 4 days

Hope now you understood what I said !!! Policies don’t change without information this is not Andhra Pradesh government who releases GO’s without notifying. It’s a top notch corporate company they will notify us if any policy changes.

@SturdyDarkness rewards portal gets open automatically on 31st may and vp will be credited along with your salary on 31st of may’24.

Any official email communication..It should be notified from HR
Don't belive in such verbal communications frm ur leads, as per policy the variable is given in May. If there is any change then official mail is sent out. Don't spread false info. Accenture is driven by policies and not based on wat ur lead say or assume.
Guys chill , Variable pay will come in this month salary that is on may end and only if u have got promotion then they will communicate to you from 27th but not to everyone as its only Variable pay for all people
