Trending @Accenture; just frustrated venting out..

i hate hate hate it when my seniors don't value what I have to say and just dismissively say "arrey leave na it's nothing just this that blah blah" like there must be a reason why I am asking about it then??? Destroys the whole mood and motivation to work for the day, which is already getting difficult each day. idk if this is what everyone told me to get used to or what. previous managers were wayyy better.
