If I get a raise in June, is the variable amount calculated based on the raise in May or on my previous salary?

Obviously previous salary bro, you're getting this variable pay based on your past salary structure not your future salary, think once bro logically 🤦

May hike credited in May salary only, right? I'm confused. Some companies revise salary compensation in March, with the revised salary credited in April. I was just curious and asked.

To simply put this, whatever the raise you'll be getting that'll be considered based on your Basic Salary which will not include your Variable Pay.
