Hello Accenture fam,

I joined Accenture on December 6, 2023. I have 1.89L as variable pay, but I received only 65k even though I am the only one working on the team. Yesterday, my client-side manager (who is the system owner) sent positive feedback about me to my Accenture manager. I am at level 11 and have 3.6 years of experience. I previously worked with Capgemini for two years as a Senior Analyst, and I was promoted to Associate Consultant within a year. Capgemini considered me for promotion in my first appraisal cycle. Now, at Accenture, I have received very good feedback, which my senior manager shared with Accenture leadership. I have also completed several SAP certifications and shared them with my manager. Can I expect a promotion or a significant pay raise?
