Trending @Accenture; June Outcome- Can I expect Hike?

I got default promotion in December 2024 from CL12 to CL11. Can I expect hike in june cycle? Or for me the hike will happen in December only? Please provide your inputs.

Yeah when i got promoted in the sept 2023 cycle to 11, i got to hike again in dec 2024...so maybe u will not get in this cycle

You can it depends upon your performance and relationship with your Manager. I got in June and again in December, there is no rule as such.
