My last promotion was 5 years ago, with 2 years of no annual hike, just because Accenture wasnt able to achieve its projected profits. And now stocks are at 7% downfall. I don’t think and hope they will promote or promotion/hike will be at the lowest percent. Inflation% and hike% are not matching. God Bless Accenture
