Why is almost everyone all over this App saying that we won’t be having any Hikes except for the Promotion candidates? Is there any official communication on the same? I am not challenging anything or anyone here, just wanted to know how are you so confident on your claim of receiving no Hikes? Maybe your higher management told you this? Now don’t come saying Accenture has been doing the same for past few years, so the same would be this time as well. I know it’s bad , but why are just assuming things (telling this because I never saw any official communication on this, pardon my ignorance if I missed anything unknowingly)?
You are not alone, everyone feels cheated. No hike, no promotion, no onsite, variable is joke.
Workload has increased, WFO is putting additional financial burden, rent has increased by 25% in last two years.
Accenture is going CTS way, CTS treated their employees like that from 2017 onwards, now no one even applies in CTS.

And it’s really sad.. we deserve proper pay for the amount of work being done by us😒
Even Pentagon cancelled the contract with Accenture. No matter how much they did last half or quarter. There will be no hikes for sure. They have many reasons to tell us.
