Last year accenture gave 0 hike to Indian employees, where as it gave hike to employees of other country, especially west. Is this justice to Indian employees? If this happens in 2024 how are Indian employees going to payback?

Acc has 3l employee from India out of tyere total workforce of 7.5 lk .so we are the real slave who r working for less without hike .lol
India's population comes with a disadvantage if someone thinks that they can fight against such things...more than thousands are ready to work at less pay than you. So, you being a person with responsibility and a dream cannot really start this fight or raise a concern...
