Hi all, Recently joined Accenture by serving a 90 day notice period, but I haven't got any joining bonus ? Do they give after joining or what is the process?
Joining bonus is paid with the first month salary
But I didn't get any
If it was discussed with the HR at the time of joining . And if you are eligible for the joining bonus , it should be mentioned in your offer letter for sure . Your action item should be , first check you offer letter ,if it is mentioned reach out to your HR . If not mentioned in your offer letter then you’re not eligible for it .
If joining bonus was mentioned in your offer letter then payroll team will transfer it with your salary. It’s not something which you’ll get immediately after joining.
Joining bonuses can vary. Check your offer letter and talk to HR for clarity. Sometimes, bonuses are given after a certain period or have conditions attached.
