I got allocated to project in mid march and the total variable pay amount I received is 3000 and I didnt expected any hike for this cycle but the variable pay is way too low. What about other employees VP?

This is fine When i joined in August 2023 I received 4800 in November

So according to it this is fine.

Month count also matter
