Trending @Accenture; Joined at Level 13. Tenure is 8 years n current level is 10. MAL is 35 months. Getting 8.45 p.a excluding variable. What should I expect?

I have 3Yrs exp, was at 7LPA, switched recently to another company - got to 18LPA. So, I'd say Switch, and come back after 1 year at 24-25LPA. My future plan is to return back to accenture because I miss it so much.

Expect a raise, but don't hold your breath for a big jump. Push for 10-12 LPA, but be ready for less. Talk to your manager.
