Same here. Joined Accenture in 2021 with base pay 19.5 LPA. Now with 21 LPA . YOE is almost 17 years and still L9. MAL is now 121 & feeling low. 😞

Don't take any stress, payout is also varying based on the skills set. Most of the CL 9 people range anywhere between 12L - 20L.

If you feel you are underpaid just check reality in the market and pay standards for your skillset.
