I think dec cycle has been moved to june ones, so one should get hiked in kune as well this time, in dec managers and above did not get any hike , so they would get and remaining levels got very less so they can expect too

There are two hike cycles: June and December. Last December 50 % employees got hike vice versa remaining 50% employee will get hike June.
