Trending @Accenture; joined accenture in aug 24. Base pay 9.4, VP 1.9, got notified by PL that in nov my 5%of vp is going to be paid. Isnt it too less?

Whatever % you received in this cycle, will stay the same for next cycle as well. Considering that factor your VP is less for sure

Since you joined in aug24. And Accenture financial year ends on 31st Aug. So for Nov 24 VP cycle. You only worked for 1 month. Which justifies your VP. @KeyPhase

It’s pro-rated even if you get.. Normally to be eligible for your variable you need to complete probation period.. Only permanent employees get variable.. New joiners, people on pip and notice period do not get anything.. your PL has given you false information..
