I joined Accenture in mid September 2024. Will I be eligible for hike this June ie 2025 or Dec 2025 or Jun 2026? Any talent leads in this group have any idea? Also I was allocated to a project from mid Jan 2025 and not immediately from Sep 2025. Will I receive variable pay for 6 months?
