What do we think about the market conditions. Has it improved from before. I have trying to switch but I am not getting calls. Even though the job position matches with my profile, there is nothing. What do you people think who are trying to switch the company.

The market is fine, again it depends on the Tech Stack, the primary reason I believe is the 3 months notice period.

Yes that's true. But what are we supposed to do about it. Should we lie about it. But everyone knows that Accenture has 3 months notice period.

Resign and look for jobs, trust me it is easier than we think.

That’s not the case market is fine .. Many of my co workers are switching to different organizations.

The IT market is going to remain strong for some more time until AI becomes insanely strong and can start doing projects on its own which is still a long way away
