Hi all,

I am software engineer having 4 years of experience in Accenture. Am Looking for job switch. recently secured offer letters from two companies. Both are 14 LPA including variable and other benefits.

1. DataLabs-Landmark from Landmark Group
2. Safran engineering services from Safran Group

I am not much known about these companies. I need to know more about these. So, welcoming all your suggestions / inputs about these companies in the areas of work life balance, work culture, job security, learning opportunities, hike and promotions.

It helpful for me to choose a better one.
