Trending @Accenture; Job switch Opinion

I have an offer from Infosys with 50% overall hike in CTC. In Accenture I am getting 9.48 LPA, Infosys offered 13 LPA Fixed and 275,000 variable pay. Total 15+LPA.

Now if I get promotion in Accenture that will increase 20-25% CTC.

So I have decided to switch now and after 2 years again come back to Accenture with a good CTC.

Am I doing the correct thing here ..????????

As more people will resign, the more market will open and this will result in more opportunities

At that time I should switch, here I am not getting promotion even after 3 years. So better switch with 13-15 LPA After 1.5 years will back again in Accenture. If that time I get 50-60% hike it will be a good thing

Same condition with me just resigned few days back without any offer tired of not been recognised after working more than 3 years here. Immediately started getting calls with a minimum of 40 percent hike. Which we would never get in Accenture.

13 lpa is not that handsome package buddy. if you are sure about the promotion, you can wait and look after the promotion.
