Trending @Accenture; Job switch on probation
I am not happy with the toxic project I got in accenture and still I am in probation. I am thinking of switching from the company as I have to serve only 1 month notice till the probation period. Can you guys suggest if doing so will not affect my portfolio with 6 years of experience in ReactJS.
U can show this time as gap for preparation if u don't want to mention the Accenture exp . U can go for the switch nobody cares these days.

Probation period is meant for that , for you to judge & for company to judge you.
If you think you are a misfit, get another offer & explore.
However having said that , projects are not toxic .
They can be uniquely challenging . Often it's the people or stakeholder , could be client or team.
It is for you to decide whether you can rectify these challenges & streamline them for others.
Or you are not updated for it , and take a way out. There is no shame in it.
Why it's toxic?
Nobody cares unless you're adding value for them.
