I am planning to rsign as there is no hike and promotion anyway this year as well. I will be completing 5 yrs in Accenture in May. I see no companies are reverting due to 90day notice period. I am having exp in Java Spring boot , AWS please suggest what do I do. I know I am pretty late in to this already but I am looking to switch asap mainly because of financial reasons. Looking at the market worries me I could use some advice here

Accenture or not, your career is in your hands. Java, Spring Boot, AWS - all are in demand. Don't blame the 90-day notice period. Instead, hone your skills. "Kaam se kaam milta hai" (Work begets work). Why didn't you plan your career earlier?
