Non pace means you can’t skip levels. Promotions will always be from 12-> 11-> 10-> 9 etc

Whereas there are some roles in Accenture Consulting where people can skip levels if they are deserving enough! From 11 to 9 or 9 to 7 in very rare cases ! These employees are tagged as Regular pace. Rest of us are all Non-pace or NPCE ! Hope this helps !
