Trending @Accenture; Job hunt with 3 months NP

Hi members, I see that many have received offers despite the 3 months notice period. It will be very helpful if you can share your process and experience. How did you plan and which companies are open to long np.

From my experience, resign without any offer letter in hand. It is tough and challenging but you will always land up having a job at the end of 3 months .
There are very few companies who wait for your 3 month no to end Even if they offer you a job the compensation would be too low and you never know even after releasing the letter, they will revoke your offer letter.
I have been in this situation many times and now it's the best thing I have done in my career.
Just trust yourself .
