Trending @Accenture; Job condition in Accenture

I need some genuine advice from some experienced folks...I joined Accenture in July 2024 as an ASE (level 12) and got shadow hard-locked to a project in December 2024. I was not provided any work or KT but I got hard-locked in the same project in March 2025. Some of my other friends who got hard-locked are being provided with KT and WBSE chargecode but my people lead told me that even though I am hard-locked there is no vacancy in the project so she is finding other opportunities for me. I am in the song market which I have heard is a great market to work in due to R&D and development projects, but right now I am genuinely worried about my future. What should I do right now, kindly provide legit suggestions. NOTE: My training was completed in the MERN stack and I am proficient in frontend development.
