Trending @Accenture; Job change in SAP MDG.

I am currently looking for a job change in SAP MDG my current package is 8.75 both fixed and variable.I have 3+ yrs of experience. How much can I ask the companies? Hr is saying only 11 they can offer max within 13.. How to negotiate with them ? Does mdg really have a good market now ?
