Trending @Accenture; It's high time now
I was in Infosys earlier i didn't like the work culture in Infosys the technical work was good but Manager and TL shit people In Accenture again my manager is chalakh lomdi I don't like the technical work here it's not even technical I don't feel job satisfaction What can I do I want to feel satisfied while I am working because we have to work everyday 9 hrs for 5 days a week It can't go on like this for the rest of my life What is the solution for this I do like coding solving problems But I don't like the corporate work culture

I have been working in corporate for 10 years. Initially I thought I didn't like the work because my work wasn't good. But when I upskilled and grew in my career I came to the realisation that I didn't like corporate itself. True success is not to climb the corporate ladder but to get out of it.
Start some side business and pour your soul into it
Or start a YouTube channel or some other creative stuff.
Remember: the goal is to get out of corporate rather than climbing the corporate ladder

This is the corporate life, accept it or not. You should have been prepared for this shit. Now coming half way and giving up is the not the solution. If you are not happy then leave this line of job, go and find something easier. But remember the simpler the job the less is the money. Corporate jobs require a lots of patience and skill to travel through the hardships of this path so money is also big. But at the end of the day corporate is challenging which drives the passion of many unlike you.

Hmm you're right maybe

Unfortunately GPT can code going forward, only way to survive is becoming good at office politics rather than coding

Do business

You made a mistake bro by coming in Accenture now enjoy the hell

U.P.S.K.I.L.L. and bounce
