I recently received a mail stating that if my ITP tenure exceeds 45 days or I fail to accept a staffing opportunity, a redeployment process will be initiated.
Can someone please help me understand what the redeployment process means at Accenture and what exactly happens during this phase?

As far as I know, they'll ask you if you want to change technology or something. For example, if you're on Oracle and not finding work, they'll give you an option for SAP
